Lola & Sam are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders over $65 to all of our customers!

Please note due to certain restrictions some orders can only ship within the US; this will be noted in the listing.

Once You Place Your Order

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a shipment tracking number when your order ships. 

Please allow 2- 5 business days for your item to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product's description. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

In some cases items may be slower to ship, these are normally customized or made to order products. Please note this will be mentioned on the listing!


You may cancel an order with Lola & Sam within 24 hours of processing as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once the order status is "shipped" or the item has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Refused Items

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to the shipper will be charged for shipping fees.

Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.

If we are unable to reach you in 7 days time for a resolution, a 50% restocking charge will be applied and a store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
